My name is Leo, born and raised in Latvia, Rezekne. Also lived in England, Birmingham for the majority of my life, which is where I competed nationally & internationally.
I dedicated my whole life to swimming, but never quite made it, so I made it my dream to help people achieve what I didn't!
I have coached for 5 different companies over 7 years and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the industry, having met some of the best in the game, it is my goal to teach you everything I know.
I currently live in Dubai, UAE where I recently started my own business LSE Performance, after leaving my job at a swim company as a coach.
